Dumper Truck! Fully edible! 🚛

This one was the hardest I’ve ever done. I don’t do fondant, it’s an area that I am trying to develop my skill in further. So to make a full truck with all the detail was amazing!

The windows are also made using sugar :)

Our youngest daughter turns 9 🎉🎉

Absolutely loved making this one! All parts of this cake are edible with the exception of the tiara, hat, butterfly’s and the name. It’s covered in chocolate art, fondant, fondant flowers, cake filled cake pops, cake filled hearts and chocolate bars.

Inside the cake is two different flavoured sponges - chocolate fudge with a chocolate fudge filling and cookies and cream with a cookies and cream buttercream. The entire cake is wrapped in chocolate ganache and fondant and stands a whopping 12” tall!

Loved every second of making this beautiful cake for our daughter!
